Abigail was raised in Omaha, NE and graduated from University of Nebraska - Omaha in the Spring of 2021 with a Kinesiology degree.

 

Abigail began with competitive gymnastics at the age of 6 and continued with Premier Gymnastics until 6th grade. She then switched to competitive studio dance and competed with the Millard North Dance Team. While on MNDT, the team brought home two top three finishes at the National Dance Team Championship. She gained experience in both dance team and studio by traveling across the country to attend various conventions and competitions. After high school, Abigail competed with the UNO Dance Team for three years and served as a co-captain.  While on UNODT, the team competed at UDA Nationals for the first time in the program's history and earned 3 top three finishes. She also worked as a UDA instructor during the summer of 2018. Abigail has been assisting and teaching dance classes since her time in high school and is now a fourth year All Star Coach at No Limits. She has choreographed and judged for many Omaha dance teams. Abigail is certified through Acrobatic Arts and has recently finished her yoga sculpt teacher certification/has begun teaching sculpt classes at the studio and at Lotus House of Yoga.

Abigail is USASF (United States All-Star Federation) certified coach and also serves on the USASF Mid Regional Advisory Board.
