Acerca de

Haley is a native of Omaha, NE - graduating from Millard North High School and moved away briefly to receive her undergraduate education degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.  After graduation she was thrilled to return as a teacher to Millard North where she has worked for the last 7 years as a Family and Consumer Science teacher.  

 

Haley started her dance career at age 3, dancing competitively at Kitty Lee Dance Studio until she graduated high school.  Throughout her high school years, she was a member of the Millard North Dance Team under Andrea Feltz's coaching and competed regionally and nationally.  During college, she was a member of the Omaha Nighthawks Cheerleading team during their inaugural season.  

 

After college, she taught technique and acrobats classes at Kitty Lee Dance Studio for 4 years before switching her focus to her other passion - high school cheerleading!  Haley started coaching at the freshmen level in 2014, quickly moving up to JV, and then ultimately the varsity level where she has been coaching for the last 3 years.  Her focus as a coach has been to build a culture of competitiveness by returning to the National High School Cheerleading Championship in 2019 for the first time in nearly a decade.  The challenge has taught Haley about motivating young athletes through positivity, enthusiasm, and high expectations.  

 

Those lessons in coaching and leadership have taught Haley a lot about being a better dance teacher and she loves being able to share her passion for dance with students at No Limits!
