Itty Bitty

Our Itty Bitty Program is the perfect introduction to dance for ages 3 years through Pre-K. Dancers attend a weekly 45-minute class from September through May, focusing on basic movement, coordination, and foundational dance skills in a fun and supportive environment.
There is no tryout required, making it an easy and welcoming first step for young dancers. Throughout the season, dancers will also participate in 2–3 performances and/or competitions, building confidence while having fun and making new friends.
If you are interested in joining our Itty Bitty Team you will register when NO LIMITS 2026-2027 34 Week Registration opens on July 1st.

Tiny

Ages: Kindergarten-1st grade

Our Tiny Team is designed for young dancers who are ready to take the next step in their dance journey. Dancers will build on their foundational skills while beginning to learn teamwork, commitment, and performance quality. It is important to our staff that dancers are able to follow directions and be respectful in class. Tiny Team members are required to take approximately three hours a week of dance; spread out along two weekdays.
An evaluation is required for this team and will take place in June. Dancers will participate in two routines-jazz and pom. Our goal is that all tiny dancers will do a pom routine together and then they will be placed in a jazz dance based on age, behavior, and skill level.
This program is perfect for dancers who are eager to grow, gain confidence, and be part of a team- all while continuing to foster a love for dance.

Mini Spirit

Mini Spirit is designed for dancers in 2nd-3rd grade and serves as the next step beyond our Tiny Team. This program introduced dancers to a more structured team experience while continuing to build confidence, technique, and performance skills in a positive environment.
Dancers selected for Mini Spirit are guaranteed two routines and participate in a weekly Sunday afternoon rehearsal, along with two evenings of classes each week. This program is a great opportunity for dancers to grow their commitment and teamwork while preparing for Mini Energy.
Mini Energy

Local and Travel Competitions (one local competition, two regional competitions, attends Summit Nationals in Florida)
Mini Energy is the next step beyond Mini Spirit and is designed for dancers ready to elevate their training and competitive experience. This team focuses on building strong technique, performance quality and a deeper level of commitment in a positive and motivating environment.
Dancers selected for Mini Energy are guaranteed placement in two routines based on score breakdowns, with the opportunity to be chosen for one to two additional routines. Team members rehearse on Sundays and attend classes two days during the week to support their continued growth.
Throughout the season, Mini energy dancers work to earn bids to attend Summit Nationals in Orlando, FL in May. This team is ideal for dancers who are motivated to challenge themselves, grow their skills, and take their competitiveness to the next level.

Youth

The Youth Team is designed for dedicated dancers in 5th-6th grade who are ready to take their competitive dance journey to the next level. This program emphasizes strong technique, performance quality, and a higher level of commitment in a focused and supportive environment.
Dancers will be placed in two to five routines based on their skill level reflected in their tryout scores. Youth team members are expected to be serious about their growth as competitive dancers and committed to their team. They are required to attend classes at the studio two week days per week, with the option to add a third day for additional training and skill development and will rehearse their routines on Sunday afternoons.
This team is a great opportunity for dancers who are motivated to challenge themselves, build confidence, and continue progressing to reach elite level dancing.


JUNIOR

Team travels (Attends Summit Nationals in Florida , two regional competitions, one local competition)
Our Junior Team is designed for competitive dancers in 7th and 8th grade who are ready for an elite-level training program. This team structure consists of a variety of classes, rehearsals, and out-of-town competitions.
Dancers will be placed in two to five routines based on their skill level reflected in their tryout scores. Dancers should expect to be at the studio 4–5 days per week (including Sundays) and are also required to practice outside of the studio. Prior competitive dance experience is required, as well as the foundational skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-level environment.
In addition to technical ability, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset are essential for all Junior Team members. This program is designed to challenge dancers, push their growth, and prepare them for high school dance team and Senior Team opportunities.
SENIOR

Team travels (Attends The Dance Words in Florida and two other regional events)
Our Senior Team is an elite-level program designed for highly committed and advanced dancers. Dancers must have strong technical ability as well as the capacity to balance the demands of rehearsals and classes alongside their high school dance team commitments.
The Senior Team season runs from June through April and concludes with The Dance Worlds—the most competitive end-of-season All Star event. Dancers should expect to be in the studio 2-3 days a week for training and practice.
At No Limits, we prioritize a team-first culture and are committed to developing both exceptional dancers and strong leaders. Senior Team members are expected to demonstrate dedication, resilience, and a positive, team-oriented mindset in all aspects of their training.
