CLASS ATTIRE
COME TO CLASS PREPARED & READY TO WORK!
How your dancer arrives to class matters. Dancers are expected to come to every class prepared, focused, and ready to work hard. Being prepared includes following the proper dress code for their class.
PROPER SHOES-HAIR PULLED BACK-APPROPRIATE ATTIRE- POSITIVE ATTITUDE-EAGERNESS TO WORK HARD
Following the dress code is an important part of being prepared for class. Proper attire allows dancers to move safely, helps instructors provide corrections, and creates a focused and professional learning environment.
Please help your dancer arrive dressed appropriately and ready to make the most of each class.
ACRO
Any type of activewear, including shorts, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, or leotards. No shoes or socks. If tights are worn, they must have convertible bottoms.
BALLET (Mini-Youth-Junior)
Black leotard with tights. Ballet shoes must match the color of the tights. Hair must be secured tightly in a bun.
COMBO
Jazz shoes and activewear, including shorts, leggings, skirts, tank tops, sports bras, or leotards.
DANCE TEAM PREP / TECHNIQUE
Jazz shoes and activewear, including shorts, leggings, skirts, tank tops, sports bras, or leotards.
DEEP STRETCH
Any type of activewear, including shorts, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, or leotards. Equipment will be provided by the studio. No Shoes.
HIP HOP
Clean sneakers and any type of activewear that is loose fitting. Including shorts, tanks, t-shirts.
ITTY BITTY & ITTY BITTY PREP
Leotard and Bloch Pulse Jazz Shoes. Tights are not required.
REFINEMENT
turner or barefoot- depending on teacher agenda. Activewear including shorts, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, or leotards.
SEASONAL OFFERINGS
Acro: Leotard or athletic clothing. No tights or socks
NL Techniqu: Bloch Pulse Jazz shoe or Turner.
TURNS & STRENGTH
Jazz shoes and activewear, including shorts, leggings, skirts, tank tops, sports bras, or leotards.
TINY BALLET / TECHNIQUE THURSDAY
Leotard or tight-fitting dancewear. Ballet shoes are required. Tights are not required; if worn, they should be convertible skin-toned or pink tights.
