Tessa grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020. Tessa has had a passion for dance since the young age of 3. She grew up training in many different styles and spent countless hours in the studio. Tessa danced on the Millard North Dance Team in high school and The University of Iowa Dance Team in college. Through 8 straight years of competing at UDA nationals and now attending the competition as a spectator, she has gained extensive knowledge about the entire dance team industry. Tessa coaches at NO LIMITS DANCE and is highly involved with All Star dance. She currently coaches the Junior and Senior All Star teams. Her favorite thing about coaching and teaching is seeing growth, perseverance, and resilience build within dancers. She is committed to the dance world and strives to bring out each dancer's best qualities.
Tessa has choreographed a variety of routines throughout the midwest. She enjoys building the routine from the ground up and setting the choreography on the dancers. She finds it rewarding to see teams come together and bring the choreography to life.
Abigail was raised in Omaha, NE and graduated from University of Nebraska - Omaha in the Spring of 2021 with a Kinesiology degree. Abigail has an extensive dance/gymnastic background; Abigail danced with the Millard North Dance Team throughout high school and the University of Nebraska Omaha Dance Team throughout college. She trained and competed regularly in the studio competition/convention circuit throughout middle school/high school. She is deeply immersed in the All Star Dance Team and High School Dance Team industry. Abigail currently coaches Tiny, Mini, Junior and Senior All Star Teams at NO LIMITS DANCE and is the Game Day Coach for Millard North Dance Team. She serves on the USASF Mid Regional Advisory Board and has worked as a UDA Instructor.
Abigail has choreographed various Group Dances/Solos for All Star Dance teams, high school teams, and studios across the Midwest. She enjoys the challenge of the creative process and specifically loves choreographing Pom routines!

Alejandra relocated to Nebraska from California in the Fall of 2019. She currently coaches and choreographs for NO LIMITS ALL STARS out of Omaha, NE.
From the first moment I stepped into a dance class at 5 years old, I never second guessed that I found my home and my people. I have been a competitive dancer in all genres for 13 seasons. I started in Seattle and was in LA for the five years. I am very committed to my training and take my team commitment very seriously. Currently, my favorite genre is contemporary and over the years I have enjoyed tap and jazz, as well. I love to perform and feel that I shine brightest when I am able to tell a story or become the character that a piece calls for. I have had the amazing opportunity to work with a plethora of choreographers and teachers. They have all had a part in my journey as a dancer. I look forward to teaching and doing choreography. I can’t imagine doing anything else but giving back to the community from which I have learned so much. I have so many ideas and am excited about what the future holds for me.
Brooke was a 4-year member of the Millard North Dance Team. During her time on MNDT, she helped earn 8 consecutive Nebraska State Championships as well as several NDTC medals. During her senior year (2019), Brooke helped lead the team to an undefeated season and to Millard North’s first National Championships in both the large varsity jazz and pom divisions. She graduated in from The University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2023 with a degree in Psychology. Brooke was also on UNO Dance team where they won 2 Game Day National Championships in 2021 and 2022.
Through her experiences on these teams, she has been able to work with and learn from some of the best teachers, coaches, and choreographers in the country. Brooke is passionate about working with new students and teams especially in the Pom and Jazz/ Contemporary styles. She is excited to share her love for dance with the students at No Limits!

Lauryn Piper is a dancer, choreographer, actress and performer out of Omaha, Nebraska. She moved to Los Angeles in 2018 to pursue a career as a professional dancer and choreographer. She attended Hussian College in Studio and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance. Following graduation she has completed a contract with RWS Entertainment as a performer at Hershey Park, and was featured in music videos with artists such as Da Baby and Jojo Siwa. She signed with her dream agency MSA in fall on 2022 and has accepted a lead judging position for Fly Dance Competition for the 2023 season. Lauryn is passionate about sharing her knowledge of dance, choreography and movement styles with artists across the country and hopes to inspire generations to follow their dreams.
